Hi MrAdultAffiliate. I recently signed up for Chaturbate. Without having a website or anything. Complete 100% newbie here. The only asset I have on my side is time. And a willingness to put in work and learn.

    Affiliate links
So on Chaturbate, I get signed up and when I click on linking codes, I see my linking codes. They are divided by program. My question is, is there a way I can shorten these affiliate links? And how do I track them? Am I allowed to mix links up? For example, use a link from the program: $1 per registration + $50 per broadcaster + 5% referred affiliate income and a link from the program: revshare: 20% of money spent + $50 broadcaster + 5% referred affiliate income? In other words, am I allowed to put links from the different programs on my website?

I know that you said in one of your articles for beginners to invest in a course on affiliate marketing. Would it be too much to ask if you could point me out to resources? The best course in your opinion? I don’t want a beginners guide, I already know the concept of affiliate marketing. Rather, I’d like something that would show me how to put links on the websites, how to shorten the links, how to track links, etc.

I appreciate this forum. It’s a lot easier to understand than gfy.

First of all, I highly recommend you to go with the RevShare if you want to promote adult webcam sites.

It depends completely on the site. Some surfers keep on spending money on and on so RevShare is the way to go. I promote cam websites and it is more profitable in the long haul to promote their RevShare offers.

Others have members that join for a month and quit so PPS is best for them. I can not even say all affiliates get the same results with the same sites because we all promote slightly differently so you just need to do trial an error, start with RevShare and if you do not see sales then maybe switch to PPS.

I run review sites and tend to go RevShare on any program that has a high-scoring members area because they usually retain… and PPS on any site that does not have a good content for the same reasoning.

I must say that RevShare has probably made my income very stable, because of doing mostly RevShare since I started out I never see any major down turn during seasons, holidays et cetera. Always stable, the only big changes I see are some extra good days.

I am pretty sure you can use mix links up, but I suggest you to test the one offer from the Chaturbate (let’s say the RevShare) at the one time and you can also put the different affiliate programs on your website.

Use the “Pretty Link” plugin to shorten your links for free. It is easy to use and quite useful as well. It also tracks each hit on your link and it offers many features.

You can ask more questions here.

I always sell on RevShare if I know a site is either good (from what the review have found), or if it is a good niche. Adult webcam affiliate programs are doing well with the right traffic and surfers visit their favorite cam rooms every day and some guys spend their money on cam girls every day so you get paid every time your referred customer spends some cash.

The only ones I do not do revshare on are sites that I know are bad or of little value.

Promoting sites on PPS basis looks like easy money, but in the long run you might be better off with revshare. I still get revshare payouts from sales which were originally made a few years back. From those sales I have earned way more than I would have done with PPS. On the other hand, if a site has a bad rebill ratio, the PPS option is the way to go.

If you do not know what the PPS or revshare is then read this post:

The user also asked where they might find courses on affiliate marketing. I’ve taken plenty of marketing and can say from experience that I believe your best bet is to give your nearest community college a call and see what their policy is on sitting in during lectures. Hell even Harvard allows it in select courses, UW does as well and I’m sure many more. While you’re there, maybe take a look at the text they’re using. An expensive book might be just as valuable if not more so than the lectures as they’ll be out of context.

oh, and sitting in shouldn’t cost anything. Usually community colleges offer free or cheap courses as a service to the surroundin community as well. I’ve seen computer, writing, and culinary courses but every so often a marketing/advertising course shuffles itself into the mix.

As an affiliate, you are allowed to promote as many webcam sponsors as you want and no serious program will tell you that you can only promote X company and no other one.

You should check all of the posts on this website and mix the knowledge you get from them and you should already have lots of information.

I started my first websites using what has been posted here and now I am making a full time income in the porn and I am from the USA so it is not like I earn just $400 every month.

If you run a website on the WordPress, then you can just use the plugin named Pretty Link for free. It will shorten your affiliate links and it can be useful also when the one sponsor does not convert, you don’t have to manually replace all the links in your posts, you just have to change the link in the settings of this plugin.

Of course you can mix links up as much as you want to, but revshare is the best for adult webcams so I wouldn’t recommend promoting the $1 per registration offer since it simply isn’t as profitable but you are free to promote it as well.
