I’m working on a new cams site: uncams.com (CB affiliate)
It’s not a whitelabel and not based on any script, it’s developed by me.
I’d really appreciate if you could review it and share you suggestions how to stand out.I’ve heard from many people in the industry that it’s almost impossible to get meaningful revenues without buying traffic, yet I’m still focused on SEO for driving organic traffic. Do you think it’s a mistake?

It simply is not the truth. I have not bought any traffic for many months and I make five figures a month with my sites that get organic traffic from Google. I visited your site and it does look professional and original for sure. If you add some posts, add more text into it and get a few quality links, you should see some search engine ranking improvements.
Besides all of that, your domain is still very new and you need to give it more time before Google starts sending you more visitors.
