I bought this plugin a few days ago and so far I am NOT impressed. They give you no documentation on installing / using the plugin at all and I’m having several problems with it:
1 – The player is off size and not displaying a normal square video format when not in full screen mode.
2 – There are ads for things like “blue chew” that still click through to Pornhub or Xvideos sponsors. There are also related videos that popup after the video ends which click through to Pornhub, etc – I thought that this plugin was supposed to prevent that. If it doesn’t – why not just embed the video myself?
3 – When importing videos it does not save my chosen image as the thumbnail. I click the thumbnails tab, click the image that I want (it gets bigger – but there’s no ‘save’ or ‘set as thumbnail’ button). Then when I either save draft or publish the post, it just uses the default image anyway – NOT the one that I selected. Also, there seems to be no way to change the thumbnail after the post has been published.
4 – For some reason it posts a large thumbnail photo above the video embed on each video page.
3 – I want to change the default author for posts to another user – NOT my admin login.
I would greatly appreciate your help Mr. Adult Affiliate and anyone else who may have successfully got this plugin to work. The support is awful, it takes him a day for a response and he did not even reply to my last email. That seems suspicious for it to take so long when there’s only a 14 day refund period.
You should get the Mass Embedder plugin instead, it is much better and it is not so buggy. You are right about their slow support but unfortunately it is the norm in the adult industry and other theme sites will not even reply to you.

Well, from what I can recall, I do not remember such issues, but you are using the plugin that I have not used myself. I can only say that ads from embed videos are hard to block because tubes always try to make them appear so plugins for these purposes are always unstable.
Also, it seems like you are using a theme that is not theirs, so this might be a cause of your problems. You can issue a refund and they should send you the money back.
I have issued a refund. On your tube sites does the other plugin block ads or not? Also, is mylust.com your site?
For this kind of things, I use the KenPlayer plugin but as I said, such tools are unstable because they are dependent on the other sites in this case tubes that try to block it.

Your website has been so eduational and informative.Thanks for sharing all of your knowledge!! I have read all the tutorials and even enlisted the help of my IT boyfriend to help me. LOL. I am also experiencing the same thing as the orginal poster. THe boarders are off and taking up alot of space, additionally none of the thumbnails are showing up and it’s been driving me crazy! Would you know the fix for this? I am using the Ken Importer that I purchased from xwp. Your help is greatly appreciated!!
Sorry not sure why I said Mike (brain fart). That question was for Mr. Adult Affiliate. If you look at my website you see it looks horrible. I just need to get through this hurddle. Any advice would be welcomed and greatly appreciated.
I am not sure because I no longer use the Ken Importer plugin. It is not updated so it can be buggy and honestly you should get yourself one of the themes from WP-Script and their Mass Embedder plugin, which works very well.
Mass embedder doesn’t have option to sort videos
Like if I want to do import only sort HD videos/Most Viewed/Most Liked
I can’t do it
I have been requesting them to add this feature since the day I purchased it but no response.
