Why would you rate them only 1 start, because of only one thing that you do not like? Not to mention that there are tutorials on their site and you could have just watched the video and see what options the mass embedder has. You cannot force them to add anything that you want or need. The product is as it is presented, and if you like it this way, you purchase it.

Their team is definitely not the big bad wolf, and I remember when I asked them to change one of my products for something else, it was the clean tube player, just because I had bought it and never used it, and then it was useless when pornhub changed the codes and clean tube player was not working anymore. Dylan was nice enough to agree immediately to exchange it, but then I changed my mind and I kept the product, because it had other functions that I could use. They are definitely good guys and offer a good product for its value.

I was one of the first customers, I bought the mass embedder and the retro theme, when these were the only products available. Add I never had an issue with them. They don’t owe you anything, and you should not be entitled to write a bad review just because you asked them to do changes to a product for you.

When I am interested in purchasing a product, I am not just buying it immediately. I go and read on forums about it, I ask questions about it, and I find out what it can and what it cannot do. And only afterward I decide if I still want to buy it or not. Did you do any of that, or you just went and buy it and then started complaining and emitting requests?

You did a bad thing and this makes you a bad man.

P.S.: HAS IT OCCURRED TO YOU TO INCLUDE THE KEYWORD ‘HD’ IN YOUR SEARCHES? I tested this now, I used one tube and a niche with HD keyword. Use this, and maybe you will have remorse about your rating, seeing that the product could actually give you only HD videos, but you were too angry and could not think clearly, so you went and got your revenge by giving them a rating that was not justified.
