I have been a long time HostGator customer, I have used their service for over five years but fortunately I found another adult hosting and I moved all sites from them some time ago.

HostGator has been providing some excellent service about a few years ago and they used to be pretty good in my honest opinion but since they were sold to the EIG company, everything, I mean, everything went south.

I did not know that they got buyout until recently. I was foolish and uninformed, but I stumbled upon some thread on a one mainstream forum which was about the HostGator.

If you google “HostGator review” you will get almost 99% positive feedbacks. I am not sure if they have purchased these blogs as well or they offer other affiliates good money for positive reviews, but if you are a newbie, you will mindlessly believe all these fake reviews.

My adult sites would have been down for three weeks or there have been cases when they simply suspended my all websites without any notice.

Their support did literally nothing when even very simply problem arose. It even took many days to get a one reply.

Check out the host recommended on this site and simply stay away from the HostGator services and you will be fine.
