This adult cam site seems to have only Chaturbate‘s models, so technically it could be a white label, but it has lots of its own text added and features like the tube section here: yescams.com/videos and it also has a blog page: yescams.com/blog.
It looks like a professionally made custom script so you will not see it for sale anywhere. Theoretically, you could create something similar yourself if you are very good at coding or hire someone to do that for you.
It would be interesting to know how he used the video section. Would it be correct to assume that he is using a plugin like kenplayer and he embeds from big tubes?
It looks like he is embedding videos from the RedTube and using the custom player like the KenPlayer.

I am not a web developer myself so I can not do that however you can hire people to do that for you, but why not create your own site with the RoboScripts for very little money?
