I do not think that it is a good domain for the porn site. It would be misleading to use such name for the tube or anything adult related. You can buy a new domain, if you get some discount, even under eight dollars so it is not much and you can still register a nice domain especially if it is for a niche. If you need some suggestions, let me know here.
You can not do much for visitors from such countries, really, the only thing I can think of encouraging them to buy the VPN and by pass that ban but it is a waste of the time. I am not sure what is your country, but best porn GEOs are English speaking countries plus Western Europe so you should not worry much about such bans.
Did you already sell it? Also, you should include some more information like how much earnings does it generate and how much traffic does it get and these are two most important ones.
