I am not really sure how to do that, since I am using a fully managed hosting so the host staff does all the work to make sure that my sites work properly.
If you are using a managed host, then they should enable that for you. If you use my suggested hosting https://mradultaffiliate.com/adult-friendly-hosting/, they will do it for you.

If it is to hard for you, then I would recommend to change a host. Again, my recommended hostings will move your data for free and do fixes like this one.
I would also try to download the ad and upload it to your site and add it again and see if it works or not properly.
I will play with the banner sizes to see if they work on mobile. Try smaller banners.

To be honest, I would not recommend you creating a tube site or any kind of blog on that domain. You may get a new domain and create another site around creampie porn and then run a tube video site on it or whatever you want.
You can always link your Creampiecounter site to your new one.
It is hard to rank one page sites like this one, so I would not expect making lots of money from that, unless it gets viral which may happen because this kind of sites tends to get viral, but after some time their traffic drastically slows down.
I would suggest you to start a blog on the WordPress or even better a video site. You can use themes from xwpthemes.com, they are easy to use for newbies.

Unfortunately, the value of sites unless they are very big is pretty low. Often the value is either the existing content but also whoever was behind it that also created the content. Take away the content and just selling the domains, then it needs to be some very good names to be worth doing anything with it.
