You do not need ads now because you do not get much traffic, but after some time you should add them.
All of your sites are using the ZingTube theme from XWPThemes.com. I think the layouts look great, but I would change the logo for Outporn site because the font on it is a bit hard to read.
Other than that, you should add some categories to your sites. So check out the sites in your niche and see which categories they are using and do something similar.
Your adult tubes are new, so they obviously do not get much traffic yet, but as they grow bigger, you should add some ads.

Your site does not look bad, but I would remove the footer ad and move the site description “Best Homemade Amateur Porn on the Internet” to your sidebar or somewhere else, because it does not look good there right now – there is too much empty space.
I see you are not embedding videos from the other sites or am I wrong? I think you are using the Google drive to host videos? If yes then be careful because they can ban your entire account if they discover that you use their servers for adult sites.
Some of your tags are duplicated and it does not make sense to create similar tags like amateur porn and amateur or homemade, because they all mean basically the same thing and you should only use the one of them, otherwise Google may lower your rankings due to the duplicate content.
I have been using this plugin for a few years on many sites and never had any major issues. The tube sites update their sites from time to time and sometimes the plugin requires some updates, but after a few days or so it gets updated.
If you are using the embed code from the tube site, then it will still work if you disable the plugin.
But like I said, I have never seen the plugin break itself, if there were any issues with this plugin, it was because the adult tube sites did some changes to their video players, but they always fix it quickly.
If you embed videos from other sites then there is always a chance that you add the same video many times. If you create a unique title for your videos then it will not matter if you have posted the same video many times before.
I do not really know, but it is best to just create manually a title for each video, so even if you posted it already, you will not lose any rankings due to the duplicate content.
I am personally not using the Importer plugins on my adult websites, but however, I can see on the demos that you can edit the title before adding the imported videos to your site, but I can see that you can also edit them after publishing them.

To be honest, you can hear a lot of different feedback on GFY and most of them are from newbies (no disrespect to newcomers) and most of the guys there are very angry, so I would not completely believe in what they say.
But coming back to your question, yes it is better to have a dot com domain, if it is available but dot org is not a bad extension, it is pretty popular so it is not a big deal in my opinion.
By the way, please next time create some more clear titles for your topics.
You can use categories, but make sure that you do not create the same categories as tags, so there is no duplicate content.
