I think the best way to advertise your adult affiliate program site is to promote it on websites like this one as well as on webmaster forums where many guys hang out.
If you have a good promotion content, I think that affiliate will sign up and start promoting your site.
Make sure that you have a unique content on your paysite and attractive payout rates for affiliates and I am sure they will begin pushing the site.

I think it is very doable to make this amount of money in a few months if you are really committed to it.
To be honest, old XWPThemes’ themes may not too attractive, but they are quite fast and they can do the job just well. My one of the most successful sites does not have many features and does not look really modern, but it is very easy to navigate and fast as fuck.

You should not promote your site until your site has enough content. If it is a small niche, then 100 tube videos may be enough to start promoting but if it is a general site then you will need more posts obviously.
I do not think you should bother with adding fake comments or adding fake video views, you may do that, but it is not super important. If your site is new, then I would not show any stats at all.

Some moderators can even ban your entire domain from the site, so you need to take it slow and build up your account karma first before posting any links to your site.
You need to be active first on some subreddits. Do some commenting, do some posting, with the porn it is easier, because you just need to post some great gifs or pictures, you do not need to post a long post or a comment to get many upvotes.
