Some surfers will go to the site mentioned in the watermark, but I believe it is a small percent of people. I am running adult site that have such videos and I really think that people do not pay much attention to this kind of promotion unless it is a really big watermark.
If you use your own video player, you can add your own logo on these watermarks if you have a knowledge of how to do that but I would not recommend doing that if you embed videos from a sponsor. You may do that if just some other adult affiliate advertise their own tube site on the other site like pornhub.

Do not worry about different IPs etc. Majority of websites are on shared hosting with the same IPs so it is quite a natural thing. Plus there is no real or measurable benefit of trying to hide that they have the same owner. Besides, you probably use the same analytics account for them all, or same details elsewhere..
However, if you run a non-porn site and porn sites, then yes you might want to be on the safe side and use different IPs for the two types. But not for SEO reasons.
In my case, a bit of text (the first 20 words or so) with a thumbnail and the title of course, works the best.
No, I think you should send it to everyone. It will show the non-paying members that you are a good site owner and you care. It may make them think about joining because they now know they are not going to be jerked around.
You might also include a special offer for the non-payers that if they join in the next three days, they will also get a second month free. I would put a 3 or 5 day expiry on it, it increases the “urgency” to join.
I can recommend you themes from xwpthemes.com. I am using some of them on my adult sites and they are worth every penny.
I can see it is a whitelabel so it will hardly get any organic traffic so I assume you buy traffic. Well, I am not buying traffic these days, so I can not give you too many advices. I heard that you have to spend a lot on tests before you become a good traffic buyer. Maybe wait a bit longer, so luckily some affiliate chime in with comments. I would suggest you to start an adult tube or blog site and try to gain some traffic for free from the Google.

Sorry, it was actually my mistake. I forgot about the “s” in the email address. I am currently using the theme named ZingTube WordPress Video. I really like this one.
I do not know how to change the logo in that theme, because I do not use this theme, but try this:
Go to the “Appearance” tab then there should be something like “RoseTube Theme Options” and under the tab “Header Customization” there should be a “Site main logo” settings.
