Well these are good questions and new adult affiliates ask them very often.

Content is the most important as without content the surfer wants, they will not click through and they wont like the tour (which presumably uses the content). Content is king but the other factors all play a part.

There are many ways to get a content for your porn website:

Bought content. You can buy content from adult content providers. One of the most popular adult content provider sites is scarlettcontent.net.

The last huge batch of picture content I bought was for my free adult sites. Now, my feeling is that the content quality of this batch is too poor to use successfully on even free sites. Sponsor free content is of high quality these days. So, I will not be buying any more content for free sites from now on.

Free content from sponsors. Most if not all adult affiliate programs provide free content for affiliates. You can use that content (usually they give you free pictures and even short videos) to promote their sites. Once you start working with the sponsor, they will then provide you with some free content that you can use on your website.

Tube content. Well, you can always use embed porn videos from porn video sites like pornhub.com, xvideos.com, xhamster.com. Here is a thing, you can post the videos from these sites but if you post the full length videos, you can get many DMCA notices even though you do not host these videos on your site – the tube site hosts them. So what I suggest you to do is to embed short videos of less than ten minutes in length. If your site does not get too much traffic, the chances that you will get any notices are pretty small anyway.

Shoot your own content. It is costly to shoot your own adult content and it is undoubtedly the most difficult way to get content for your porn site. I would not recommend doing it if you are just a regular webmaster that wants to create a site and earn money.

On some of my adult sites I add videos daily and also add some description of the porn scene because it definitely helps to rank a site. There are sites where I add just a one video and write a post about it and you can also just post pictures and write a long post which can help you get a lot of traffic from the Google.

Now, google the sites in your niche and check out how they are posting their content and try to learn from them.

As I understand it, if you add content daily, the crawl rate increases. I do not know if this helps with prioritizing your content over others, but it seems fair that a constantly updating blog would be viewed by Google as more important than one updated only once a week (but as it is dependent on content and authority also, this is only a factor of it). The same argument can be applied to news sites. Because they are updated almost hourly with original content in the form of reports from people out in the field, their crawl rate is more frequent than almost any other site.

Also, it seems reasonable that a blog with three hundred posts will do far better than one with fifty, simply because there is more content being indexed and more to offer a searcher.

Ultimately, I do not think any of us can say that more than one post a day will help from an immediate traffic perspective, but it will certainly help from a content perspective, which will increase traffic over time. Basically, the more there is on the site, the bigger your net is, and the more fish you will catch.

You may check out tubesitessubmitter and avsubmitter. They may have a free version but you should have to buy the premium account if you want to get a full usage of the software. I have never used them personally so I do not really know which one works the best but from what I have heard both of them are ok.

    Welcome to the forum, Achilles7171.

I honestly think that your site does look pretty nice compare and it is easy to navigate. Very good considering you are new to the adult affiliate world.

While I am not sure if multiple banners ads can cause you any ranking to decline but I am sure that Google punishes sites with pop-up adverts. Pop-up ads are extremely annoying for surfers and if you use many banner ads and pop-ups then almost of the users will not visit your site again.

Personally, I think should not put more than 2 or 3 ads on your site. I would get rid of the footer ad and I will stop using any pop ads all together. Even, if it is more profitable than a regular banner ad (this may be the case, if your site has a tons of traffic), you will lose more money in the long term. Like I said before, Google may give you a penalty for using the pop-up ads and visitors hate them like anything.

Your adult website will get higher in the SERPs and earn more traffic if you have a quality, fresh content that is valuable to surfers and is updated constantly. Sadly, I can see that your site does not have any of that content, so seriously, I do not think Google will love your site. But, you can change that and it is not as hard as you may think.

You said that you are currently fetching content from adult tube sites, so here is your main problem. You should stop doing that as soon as possible. You can still embed videos from tubes, but you should do a several things manually.

The first thing is the most important one, the title. You should change the title and make it as unique as you can. So I will show you how to change them:

You have a one video post titled:
“Amateur Blonde BBW Housewife Masturbates” so change it to something like “Big Busty Blonde Housewife Fucks Herself On The Bed”

It is pretty simple, make it unique and funny.

Then you should download thumbnails from tube sites and upload them to your site so you host them, not the tube website. Your picture should be named like something: “Big-Busty-Blonde-Housewife-Fucks-Herself-On-The-Bed” and do not forget to set the alt tag when you add the picture on the WordPress. The alt text should look like something: “Big Busty Blonde Masturbates”.

You can add some description of the scene, it helps to improve your ranking too. So just write a short but unique description of the video.

You are not getting too much traffic from the Google because they do not see any reasons why they should send you any traffic and you can change it by applying these techniques that I have just mentioned above.

Also, make sure you read my posts: https://mradultaffiliate.com/archives/ you may find them very helpful. If you have more questions, just ask here.

in reply to: How to improve our website design to increase sales? #1752

    Welcome my friend. Some suggestions:

    – Left side menu could do with larger fonts.

    – Logo needs to be linked to root page / home (important navigation element that many people use) on your adult tube.

    – More space! Everything is squeezed together, one of the most important elements in design is empty space. Specially here with products. None of them actually seem to fit in.

    – Less clutter and objects. There are too many things going on, to many products, links, navigation items, options. It can possibly be a bit overwhelming. Maybe you are trying to give people too much options?

    – Font Colour on prices wrong maybe? Red is often associated with “Sale” and might work better. Not sure prices should be the largest text on the page. If you are not cheaper than everyone else it might just highlight the fact even more.

    – Mix of font alignment – there are left, right and centred text, no consistency. Better to stick to one of the 3, probably all text left aligned.

    – The menu (login) on the posts seems pointless and does not work with the page very well. It is easily missed and the options on that menu is already available on the left side navigation column. Why double it up? It just adds to the clutter and does not actually stand out as a real menu.

Just a few pointers, do not take it the wrong way as personally I find that critical advice is better than praise.

I think you should buy another WordPress theme for your site. You can google “WordPress Membership Theme” or just use some other free theme. Make sure you go to paysite review sites like rabbitsreviews.com and check out the top adult sites to see how to change your website.

in reply to: Anyone use Facebook for Adult Site? #1744

Of course they can, but for a company that lives on people that share stuff, it would be strange if they would just delete everything they dislike.

The company is very conservative and they do not want to be associated with porn or nudity. I think you just need to have luck, cause it all depends on the reviewer and his / her definition of nudity / porn. I have heard of pages that were removed because they contained photos of old paintings (works of Rubens for example) that show breasts or nipples.

Ok, thanks for the information. I may contact you soon.

in reply to: Google traffic vanished overnight on my adult site #1723

As mentioned, it is really not possible for anyone here to give you any advice on this unless you can tell us the domain.

The fact of the matter is that with the limited information you have given, we would have to go on that information and say what everyone else here is saying; there is something on that site that Google has decided is black hat and deceptive to them and the searcher.

It does not have to be something you have just changed in the last week, or month, or even year. Google is always updating methods of gathering information about the sites it indexes, and it could simply be that a new change they have rolled out has become better at discovering something that you have been doing on that site for years.

Given the limited information we have, it seems to me (and probably others here too) that you have been using a black hat method to present different information to Google than you do to your adult site visitors, and they have caught on to that and punished you for it. Unfortunately, trying to get any help from Google about this is going to be nearly impossible. If you are not willing to share the domain with anyone, your best bet of going to the community there for help or advice is no longer an option.

I think you need to make a choice; either share the domain and hope people can help you out of kindness, or you pay a pretty big chunk of cash to someone to try to find out what the problem really is. If you argue with Google that they are wrong and do nothing to fix the problem, they will eventually stop looking at your problem completely. You could get to the point where you do eventually work out that it is something on the site, but Google has already dismissed you entirely and stopped responding.

It sounds great, I will check it out more in depth. What sites kind of sites do you offer to promote? Are we talking about adult webcam sites only?

in reply to: Review request and may be cooperation proposal #1688

    Welcome Rodion.

I think your site theme is great, simple, clean and extremely fast. It looks like a nice software, but I am an adult affiliate and I promote other people’s products so I am not going to use your software now. I will leave this topic for guys that want to comment on your site or script.

I wish you great success with your site.

Just a thought. Focus on the specific niche, let’s say on the anal porn, rather than posting about general porn niches. Read more on that here:
