You need to add the link to your homepage on your menu. I would suggest changing your permalink structure to just a post name, it is the best for the SEO and you can do it in the settings. You have to work on adding as much unique content as you can, so write your own titles for your videos.
Also, I would remove the links to your posts from the footer. They all should be displayed normally as the content and there is no need to link them anywhere else.

Originally, the PHP standalone script had more features, now they are pretty much equal. The WP plugin is easier to manage and you can install different plugins to it and if you use WordPress and it is much more newbie friendly.
If you want to run big sites with lots of traffic, then it makes sense to use the Roboscript as it is more suited for this but if their plugin is very good and it is the way to go if you are starting out as an adult affiliate now.

Can you give me the link on MrAdultAffiliate.com where you have found it? Well to be honest, I am not sure if they will give you back your money, I have not been buying anything from them for years now and they seem to be run it on the autopilot but you might send them an email and tell them that you will report them to PayPal if they did not comply.
Are you uploading the thumbnails manually or are you using any plugin for that?
