Sorry but I stopped using the plugin some time ago and I think that they have not updated it for a few years now so it might just stopped working. I am not really sure, you can try to use their contact form and ask them.
If you think long term, then it is better to have your own site because if you put work into it, it will keep getting traffic and you do not need to pay for it.
I do not think you can download it since it has been abandoned and you would need a license key and their working site to activate it.
I can not help you with the list since I do not upload videos to tubes but you can try porn sites listed on directories like tubepornlist.com and others.
There are blog posts that show you how to such a migration but also google for the Blogger to WordPress plugins and some of them will make things really easier for you.
You can see some results in a one month or two but it all boils down to how many competitors you have but make sure to keep going and if you do the right things, you will start gaining more organic postiions.
You would need a reliable cam script that is working and is updated and the reality is that there are not any that I know. I will post the information as soon as I find something great.
