Sure the Robo is still good and it gets updated every few weeks. If it were not the case, I would not recommend them on here anymore 🙂
The Robo comes with a default theme and if you would want to use another one, it would have to be integrated into this script.

Well, if you want to upload videos that you do not own from the specific pornstar and then sell it on your adult website, then it is definitely not legal and recommended. Why not use some embed videos and build a niche site.

Well, why are you looking for the host in Italy? You can use the webhosting that has datacenters in the Europe and you will be just fine. I can recommend M3Server or TMDHosting for this.
Sorry, I have somehow overlooked this topic for some unknown reason. Of course, it is bad for the SEO to have lots of broken videos, a few will not make any difference, but hundreds of them will increase the bounce rate and your rankings will drop.

I have just checked out my sites that are having PornHub embed videos on them and they are showing without any issue.
