It does look like a Livejasmin white label with a custom code. I have not seen anything like this for sale, but you might take a look at the sponsor tools but I can only tell with the certainty that their blog is using Fuelthemes on it.

You need to test different offers that kinda much your market aka niche and use banners, can use simple text links, smart links, they all work but you have to do “homework” yourself by promoting various products (sites) with numerous methods.

Just install and activate that plugin and it will do the rest for you. The mixed content that you had was because of the JWPlayer player in the KenPlayer plugin is still playing the HTTP videos, for some reason, but after switching it to the VideoJS, you do not have such an issue anymore.

Also, install the Shortlinks by Pretty Links plugin and copy and paste your affiliate links there and it will create a link on your own domain so not only it is easier to replace a sponsor, so if the CB does not convert, you just go to the settings and simply change the link instead of manually replacing them all.
