You will need to buy it, there is no other legit and safe method. You might find a nulled version somewhere, but you will end up having and malicious code attached with it so it is not worth it. I would suggest you to get a similar player plugin from WP-Script which is more affordable and more stable.
If you are using the RS’s plugin, you might be able to choose to appear certain live cam models on your site by tags. You just need to go to your Cam Builder dashboard in the WordPress and then choose Main Settings and click on the Tag Filters tab and you can enter there specific tags.
I do not think that there is another way to do what you want to achieve but I could be wrong.
It might help a bit but I do not think it will make a huge difference. I can see that it will reduce the bounce rate thus increase user experience when there are no advertisements, but if you have just a one banner, I do not think it will change much.
You can put an adult tube on the autopilot, I have never done that but your site will always require some type of work if you want to get good results.

You might try something and once you have enough cash, you might buy a domain and a cheap hosting and build a WordPress blog to minimize the investment.
Why not get something like BustyAsianVids or something like that. I am not sure why did you use the “Tokyo” word in your domain? It would make sense if you only add girls from that specific region or a city.
You could use a WordPress plugin for that like WP-PostViews. There are many alternatives but they might not be integrated into this theme as good as this one.
