I would suggest focusing on the SEO first and then other ways of getting visitors, because it is the most targeted and the best converting kind of traffic you can get nowadays.
You can do that for free and almost effortlessly. You should not copy any video descriptions from other websites, instead, do not post them at all or better write them manually yourself. It can be two or even just one sentence long and it can help you get rankings on the Google.
