The first thing that I noticed on your adult website is that there are way too many ads on it. You should not have more than three or maximum four of them. I would remove them from the footer all together and just keep the one below the video, on the header and maybe on the sidebar and if you do that, you might see your bounce rate and page views improve and this all will also (most likely) lead to increasing profits.
Just do not promote one or two sponsors, just test them until you find the best converting one with your traffic.
Also, keep adding new content and do not put the same few keywords in your titles and get some links from websites in your niche, you can either buy them or exchange them for free, you just have to find them and contact webmasters.

Porn tubes are dominating the industry for many reasons and the main one is that they give the surfers what they want and this state of things will not change any time soon, they work just fine.
I am not really sure about what you ask in your second question, but you should try to build a website and embed videos from PornHub and other big tubes first to save on the huge hosting bills and then once you are more successful you can host them on your own servers.
Did you purchase the KenPlayer or Ken Importer plugin? Both are for different purposes. The first one is mainly for removing thirty party ads and the second one for importing videos.

It is possible that your site loads faster and slower at different times throughout the day, because of the usage of the server you are on and other things. I tested the speed from different locations and from Washington D.C., the load time is 1.82 s right now according to Pingdom.
The website you left in the post is loading in about two seconds for me and I tested it with my some tools and it is not that bad, but still requires some improvements. You might try to reduce the number of embedded rooms shown at arrival and see if it loads faster.
Also, some of the rooms display the page not found page. I can not tell what can cause this issue since I do not promote that sponsor.
Besides that, your domain is still very new and your are in a quite competitive niche, so it is nothing unusual that you do not see any results yet.
Try to also get some links from your other site and related ones, try to promote it a bit on Twitter and et cetera.
You should also mix up your models, so you do not have only girls from the one sponsor because not only there are more models to choose from but also Google sees your site as a more unique one.
What kind of website is it? What is your bounce rate and time spent on that cam website? After all, amazingly well written posts alone will not rank an adult site, because 99% people only want to watch girls perform and they will simply bounce off if there is only text. There are also many other things that can be the reasons for the current situation, so I would have to take a look at it.
