Good point, one thing I did about a month or so ago was update the themes on several sites, which meant going through all posts and making those corrections that either didn’t fit the formatting of the new site, or had posts that weren’t necessarily relevant any longer.

The other thing that aided in, was finding and removing orphaned links, many of my sponsors recently have either bounced from one program to the next, or have links that simply don’t work any longer. Something I would recommend to everyone, check your posts and banners, make certain the links still work. G will snub it’s righteous nose as quickly for that as any chicanery they may suspect.

Question for those that are doing multiple posts per day, what kind of time do you invest across all of those posts. Seven per day would not be within’ my time allotment, my benchmark is one post a day, which doesn’t always happen. I would say it takes me anywhere from twenty minutes to an hour to do a blog entry, I try to simplify matters by saving the formatting on a text file then filing in the blanks instead of having to write out paths and such. It’s still a collective gathering of grabbing links from the sponsor, re-sizing / optimizing images, editing and spell checking, etc. The writing is the easy part, the prep work is what I hate. Same with cooking, love to cook, hate those seeds in the peppers and the skins off the garlic.

One thing I try to do when I grab fresh content, is put all promo links in a text file and store them in a directory with the images, little time saver, things like that make it easier. So what are some useful techniques others use, I would assume the timeliness of your consistent posting is an issue..
