I used to run a porn tube full of copyrighted aka stolen content before and I can tell you that if you are hosted in the USA then your hosting can just say you to find another place to host your website on after you receive many DMCA notices.
If your site is small then you will not receive many, but once it gets big, it sure will and it is inevitable.
Another thing is that VPS is not generally good for hosting many videos, especially porn ones.
Once your site receives around 10 thousands of viewers a day, you will need a lot of bandwidth and space on your server.
Hosting videos are not cheap and it only gets more expensive as you grow so keep that in mind.
If you do not have resources for that, then why not build a site with the embedded content, it is very affordable and with a plugin like KenPlayer, you can remove redirections and do very well.
KaykayGuestHi Mr.Affiliate,
Please I want to know if it’s important to put up a privacy post on my website since the videos I get are embedded from the big sites?
ThanksMr Adult AffiliateKeymasterYou can add that, it will not hurt you, if you do that in the proper way. Sorry, I can not give you advice, since I am not eligible to provide legal advice. Just look around what other established adult websites are doing.
martinperGuestHere is a small webmaster. I run an adult tube but I just embed videos and I rarely get any DMCA notices and I get 200,000 visits a month and growing but I don’t post full lenght videos, so if you share such videos from big mainstream paysites, you sure will get bombarded by them and you might lose your hosting.
