About what kind of issues are you talking about?
I personally do not encourage any issues with this plugin right now. You can visit the website hornyjav.com which is running the KenPlayer and all the embedded videos from different tube sites are working.
So if it is working on other sites and not working on your site, then there are probably some issues with your server or your errors with your WordPress site rather than issues with this plugin.
What is your site so I check it out and see if I can fix it.
Cant you help me to fix my one I will give you the login details 🙂

Thanks for your reaction but many people have this same issue. I am in a facebook group and they have the same issue with this plugin. So it is not my setting.
It is not good behavior that the seller is not reacting back, this is as well a complaint in the facebook group I am in.I can not upload a picture to show you. The thing is that it is not happening all the the time but very often so it seems.
When I click a video it says: the video could not be loaded. When reloading the it loads most of the times.
On the page hornyjav.com that you mentioned the samples are using jwplayer and not jsplayer, I will switch to jwplayer to see if it helps for the moment 😉

Well, it is weird, to be honest and I am using this plugin on some of my sites and I do not have such an issue.
It may depend on which tube sites you are embedding your videos from. I am mainly using XV and I do not see any errors as of right now.

Honestly never had any major issues with this plugin, but I am a quite experienced webmaster, I have been owning adult sites for years so I can do some small fixes myself.
I only had to contact them once in a two years period and they did not respond very quickly, but they solved the issue so I can not complain.
I am going to use their new forum in the future if anything happens.
The caching of the link makes sense. Will exclude the the player directory. Will see how it works out.

Caching the player link makes sense that it can cause trouble, I will try to exclude whats the seller advised. Will let you know if this fixes the issue.

I am so happy that I discovered this plugin and I have been using it for a few months and my bounce rate is low as never before thanks to the KenPlayer. I can not wait to create a new adult site and it is one of these must have plugins that will make a big difference.
