I have to agree that the WPS support has deteriorated lately but I am still using their products and they are working fine for me. Even my main tube is using their theme and it is doing well.
If you are just starting out, I would suggest to just get the RetroTube and the WPS Mass Embedder plugin and then buy more as the time goes, these two are the most essential ones.
A lot of webmasters that are here are using them, including myself, so chances are that we have/had the same issue you might encounter so you can come here for some help if the support can not do this 🙂

Is there a way to visit your project?
Dylan from WPS sent out an email not long ago asking if there would be interest in a discord group. If that gets set up it might be a way to get a bit of support from them.

@lan, I don’t know what to think about it :/ If he does not give any support by mail, why would he help on Discord?
That being said, I still need some anwsers from you guys, because Dylan does not answer….
1. WPS Mass Embedder:
On the presentation video, we can see that if we select Pornhub from the dropdown, you can select a only one category OR type key words. But if you go on Hubtraffic (the website that manages Pornhub, Xtube, Youporn…), on the Export tab, you can extract videos using keywords AND one (or more) categories.I made screenshots for you:

See the difference?Hubtraffic allows you to have better results… It seems that with WPS Mass Embedder, we can’t combine categories and keywords? CAN YOU CONFIRM IT?
2) When you import videos with WPS Mass Embedder, does it create automatically categories and sub-categories?
3) Can we create a child theme to customize the layout of each page?

Alright guys,
I just got an anwser from Dylan for the point 1) WPS Mass Embedder. Unlike the import tools from Hubtraffic, we can not combine categories and key words to fetch videos with WPS Mass Embedder. That’s a bad news for me, I need to combine both fields to get my niche 🙁
