It is nothing unusual, it does happen. You can try disabling the plugin for a day and then enable it and see it works again or not.
I, unfortunately, bought themes and plugins from them yesterday after reading your post.
Total disaster, nothing works… Going to ask refund via paypal.
I think you should remove any reference to them, although they do point back to your site on front page.
I stopped working with them over a year ago, I have to keep this topic so others can see it. It is strange that they still keep linking me, I bet that they just do not care to change it.
I have been using Wp-Scrips for last 2 months. KenPlyare for the same duration. Earlier there was no problem at all. Recently I notice no video in my website is playing and showing an error message saying “he media could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported” What could be the possible issue with my site? Let me add to it that I have a shared hosting @Namecheap. Will that be an issue for videos to load?
Did you try to reload the link later on? It happens sometimes for some time and then this issue disappears.
Any other good alternatives for kenplayer?
To be honest I do not know the other one and that is why I still keep on using the KenPlayer on my adult sites.
Just bought Kenplayer and I get errors on every video. Was working fine without kenplayer. Error is 232012 This video cannot be played?
Any suggestions as I have not had any feedback from the kenplayer guys yet?
