Thanks for your answer,yes,i try to send some emails and post in their forum,but not answer,i bought 2 plugins for nothing… I investigate for my error and i see what the plugin ( Ken importer pro) have an error with versión PHP ,i try to change Code but i cant find a solution

I´ve been having serious problems with WP-Script, they are not reliable at all.
I´m still waiting for a refund they wrongly charged me since last Black Friday, and i dont get any answer whatsoever.
i wouldn´t hire their services never again, and of course wouldn´t recomended them.
Awfull service.
