Technically you can do that, but you probably have to edit every video manually and remove the frames on which the watermark appears, so it is a lot of work. You can also use your own logo on the videos you embed from other sites, but since the Xvideos’ watermark is a moving text, it is really hard to overwrite it or get rid of it in an easy way.
Like I said earlier in the other topic, it is not so important since probably only a few people will notice these watermarks and a very small percent of people will actually go to this site because of that promotion.
So you can not really do anything with that but also you should not worry about that.

It is hard to tell, but usually after a few months I rank for some keywords when I start a new adult site. It of course depends, there are some older sites that still do not get much traffic.
If your content is unique and great and your visitors like your content and visit your site every day then it is only a matter of time when you get rewarded by the Google.

Well, I think that you are confusing watermarks with ads. A watermark is a logo, text inserted into a video. Some adult sites automatically add watermarks when someone uploads a new video to their site.
You can not get rid of the watermarks, unless you edit every single video or you use another software that will overwrite the xvideo’s watermark. With the themes from Xwpthemes, you can upload your own logo and add it to your videos. But, honestly, you should not be concerned with that, because only a few people pay attention to those watermarks, it is not like you will lose a lot of visitors or something like that.

The theme is very simple, but it is fully responsive (it looks like it) and it loads quite fast.
I suppose that all the content (text description and titles) is unique and hand written? If yes, then great. It obviously needs more content and the better looking logo will help for sure.
It can take a few months before it gets a significant amount of organic traffic, so you need to be patient.

For tube sites I would definitely suggest anyone to get products from Xwpthemes.com, but if you are looking for magazine blog themes then there is a tons of amazing free themes available on the web.

MyThemeShop is a theme shop which has a lot of fast and SEO friendly themes. I would recommend their products if you need a premium blog themes that are lightweight. I am using a few of their products on my mainstream sites and they can rank very well with a great unique content.
Of course it is easier to rank a website with hosted videos on your servers but if you do not have much of a budget, you can embed videos from the other popular sites in your niche and rank it well on the Google as well.
In fact, I run a few adult sites that have only embedded videos on them and they still rank very well.
I am using themes from Xwpthemes.com and the themes have the custom player build in into these themes, so when I embed videos from the sites like Xvideos, my visitors do not even know that I only share others videos. Plus, they do not get any annoying pop ups from these sites, which they would get if I would not use their themes.
So, yes, you can rank such a site, but you have to work hard on adding a fresh and unique content.
If you just copy a title from the video which you want to embed from the tube site, your site will surely not get much organic traffic from the Google.

I assume you are running an adult paysite. Make sure your site does look great, before you start to promote it anywhere. The design of the site is important, because most of the users will not join the ugly looking site even if it would have the best content available. I think it is ok to have a clean, simple looking site which loads fast, is responsive and is very easy to navigate.
If you need more traffic, then you should definitely get your site reviewed on the porn sites such as the thebestporn.com, rabbitsreviews.com and porninspector.com. Just google this phrase “porn review site” and you will get a tons of results.
You can also go to these sites and check out the other paysites and find where you can improve your own site. Especially take a look at the best rated sites, because these sites almost always have the best design.
If you have a really great content, review sites can bring you a lot of new visitors as well as the new members.
