You want to use the self hosted WordPress. org, not the WordPress.com which is a paid platform that offers hosting and CMS. In their panel, they have a one click WordPress installation, and you just have to tell them that you want to install WordPress.org on it.
You do not need to use any paid services to create such pages. Just scroll down this site stripcamfun.com and in the footer, you can see the examples that show you what you need.
I do not really know any of such plugins since I never did something like this but I would advise against doing it since such traffic redirections are going to seriously lower your Google rankings. Tell me exactly what you want to do.
You need to work on adding some content to it, preferably creating a blog and make some posts around your niche. You will also need great backlinks, you can exchange them first with other webmasters or you can buy them either by contacting them directly or looking for them on the forums like GFY. Stripcamfun is a well established site that gets around 300 thousand visitors a month and it does very well and I know it from the owner of it.
These days I put much more focus on the blogs since they sell very well but my general rule with the tube sites was that I do not embed full length videos or the ones that are blatantly stolen.

You should not have internal links in every video, because it does not look natural. You can have them like in every third or fourth post but that is my opinion.
It shows me that your site has been suspended for some reason. Just make your site simple, so users can tell right away what it is all about and what they can expect and make sure to add content regularly and then get some backlinks to it.
If you have money to invest, obviously the easiest method is to buy them from quality sites but you can also exchange them if you have some good organic traffic, there are many webmasters that are interested in this type of things and you can also build your own small sites and then add links from them.
