It depends on what theme you are using, but in the worst case you will need to change a few lines in the code.
It is only $30 but I would not recommend it anyway since XWPThemes does not give you any support and I do not think that they update their products at all. You might want to look at what WP-Script offers and they have got some nice tube themes to choose. I recommend the RetroTube but others are good as well.
Did you open a ticket about it? Sorry, but I do not know your site since you did not disclose it so I can only guess and I am not good at it.
Ok, so for this I can recommend WP-Script and I use the RetroTube most of the time and you pay once for it and it is yours.
What kind of theme do you need and more specifically for what kind of site do you need it? A tube, a blog or something else?
The sad reality is that there are no alternatives and that is why I still use this and the KenPlayer.
Sorry, but your website looks very distracting and the first you should do is to change the theme to something that was actually made for tubes and then reduce the size and amount of ads because they are going to drive away your visitors.
I think that Twitter and Reddit are two best places you can promote your adult stuff but do not make those your primary traffic sources because they do not convert as well as the organic one.
You can just use the thumbnail of the video link that you are going to promote. You should check out the most popular accounts related to yours and see what they are doing.
