It is useful for all kinds of adult websites because it definitely helps with indexing your content and it notifies search engines every time you add new videos or posts.
I mainly use the categories, but tags can be used for things that not covered in the categories. But definitely you do not want to repeat them.
The categories like Big Asian Boobs are completely okay but if you start using it for everything, like Big Blonde Boobs and then creating the ones like Asian Blonde Blowjob, then it certainly looks very spammy like you are trying too hard to rank every keyword out there.

This Embedder plugin indeed has the option to block iframes pop-up and redirections but it has not been stable since sometimes it works and sometimes not, but it is better than nothing.

Sorry, but I am not a big fan of white labels and I think that it only makes sense to use them if you have a big, well known tube like PornHub so people know your name and you can create a white label on the domain like PornHubLive but otherwise I do not recommend doing this and the conversion rates are way lower on the white labels and many affiliates confirm it.
You might find affiliates by looking for your niche terms on Google and then contact the site owners. There are many ways to go about this and I will update this with more ideas.
