If your blog is not related to webcams then it would make more sense to start a separate website. Basically, it is easier to rank for less known keywords so going with a gay BDSM cams would be a better choice.
They are pretty much useless these days if you want to use them for embedded videos because most of the tubes like PornHub and XVideos have blocked them from working. Maybe someone finds a way to make such a player plugin work in the future but I do not see it happening anytime soon, since it is a very complicated thing to do.

I only know the one from WP-Script. Their plugin lets you scan all videos for any broken videos and it supports all major tubes like PornHub, RedTube, XVideos, YouPorn, XHamster and it also works with YouTube and probably others but I am not sure, you would have to dig this out.
It saves your time, because you do not have to manually check posts, which is especially overwhelming when you have a big collection of videos like you. Sometimes it has some bugs, but it gets fixed and for $24 and a no recurring payment it is a useful software to have.

I can see that you are already monetizing with the JuicyAds and it can bring you some good dough but you have got a nice micro niche so you should convert well with CPA platforms, paysites and affiliate sponsors.
Did you try signing up with the Chaturbate? They might sell with your traffic, so you should definitely give them a shot.
It should not ever be a pain to get paid. I do not have such issues these days because I work only with a few adult affiliate programs and these are the most reputable companies in the industry. The payments are always on time and I do not need to keep emailing them for this.

It is just a different way of promoting webcam sponsors. There are many other ways like blogging, posting reviews, et cetera, all are good and profitable, it just boils down to what you prefer to run.
Of course, you can do anything you want to on your website but if you blatantly upload copyrighted content (especially porn scenes from paysites like BangBros) from other sites, you might get many DMCA notices from original sources.
It is great to see that it has been solved. The staff at the CB, might not be the fastest to reply, but they do help their affiliates in situations like this one.
