I honestly do not have an idea how to solve this issue. Did you try to send these messages to your hosting? They might be able to help you out with that. Also, send the WPS another reply with your update and they might give you some more advice.
I have said it before that I do not really have time to offer such services. You might ask me here and to be honest, everything to start your own site is really included either on this forum or on the blog here for free.

My SEO strategy is to post as much unique content as you can.
