First of all sorry for my English.i have 2 adult sites and one of them get banned from google but i didnt care so much since this site get only 100 visit from google so not much issue but now i see my other site traffic get drop daily and today i almost get 0 traffic from google and before i had 8-10k daily.
both sites have same IP ( but i read on internet that IP doesn’t effect in SEO ) and i had link to each other, Now i have remove both links but again i worry for result.few weeks a go i had add to my robot.txt
disallow /mediacuz i had many not found issue in google webmaster. few days a go i see that cuz disallow /media
i had effected URLs since could not google bot check Images. so i remove
disallow /media .ps: my other site had banned cuz redirect. which i remove of course
ps2: i run via windows server 24/7 GSA to create backlinks and work well.

Put back both of your links and don’t do anything to your sites that you do not do regularly (like content updates). The big G is waiting for your reaction to figure out what exactly you are doing.You should not change your robots.txt file and if you do, make sure you do the changes properly. The one line can get your site completely banished from Google search rankings so you need to be careful what you do.
I think your main problem are backlinks. You should not get backlinks automatically or buy any backlinks in bulk because Google sees them as unnatural links and they will penalize your sites one day. So, in my opinion, links are a big problem and you should get a quality backlinks from good, authoritative adult sites in your niche instead.
I believe, it is better to have a one link from the popular site than have 100’s of backlinks from low quality websites. If I were you, I would stop getting these low quality links and I would start getting backlinks from only good sites in my niche and do it manually. I would start updating these sites with useful, high quality posts.

seo campaign. go after some higher volume keywords. could trade traffic with other blogs via toplist. build up social media presence and plug your blog posts.
