I am not sure, you might contact their support on the forum for this kind of issues. My only suggestion is to make sure that you run the latest version of this plugin.
First of all, if you use my link, you already have a high chance of getting approved because they see that you have heard about them from a legit place, not some black hat forum.
I can see in the stats that roughly 90% affiliates that I send from this site to CrakRevenue get approved without any problems at all.
In the application form you will have to provide them some information. You have to explain what kind of traffic you have. I am not sure about which video lesson are you talking about? I have not made any such thing. I am not sure where did you get that information from but I am pretty sure it is not from me. I would suggest you to embed videos from XVideos for many reasons.
For once, you do not have to upload any new videos, because you can just search for any niche and find and embed already uploaded videos and if you would use the OpenLoad site, I assume that you would have to upload videos manually.
Plus, if you use videos from tubes not uploaded by you, then you do not have to worry about getting your account deleted and all videos. OpenLoad can decide to do not allow porn one day, so what will happen is they will delete all your videos. It can happen, since I seen it happen already with other sites.
So if you choose to embed videos, then I suggest to get the KenPlayer plugin, but it is not required and you can get it after you earn some money.
By the way, I do not recommend to upload full length movies, even if you have produced your own content or bought it, because if you give your visitors everything for free, then you will find it very hard to make any money.
You can use already existing videos from PornHub, XVideos and other such sites, find videos for your niche. Let’s say you have a big boobs site, then there are literally thousands of videos you can embed and populate your website with and then you promote porn pay sites in this big boobs niche so some people will see your videos and hopefully subscribe for these membership websites.
There are many SEO tools that let you do all of that. The one that I know are BuzzSumo, SEM Rush, SpyFu, Ahrefs’ Keywords Explorer, most of these are paid ones but you can also use Alexa.com for free to check out competitors and which keywords get them the most traffic.
If you are familiar with a niche and you sit down and think a bit, you will come up with different keywords that might be targeted in that niche.
It is an interesting niche, I think you might do well if you would further develop your site. I like the logo and design but I see that you are running it on a free hosting and you have a free domain name which is not that good if you want to build a really successful site.
Why not get a domain like haremgirlsvideos.com or something like that, for less than $15 a year? The same thing with hosting, you can get it for just four or even three dollars a month. You can use free themes if you go with the WordPress.
If you really do not have much money, then you can just buy a domain name and I think you will be able to build a tube site like the one that you have with a free host and once you earn some money, you can move to a paid hosting, but I am not sure if it would be possible to move your posts from this site to WordPress, so you have to take this into consideration.

You should also work on the SEO, so edit your video titles, not just copy them. You will not rank it well if you do this that way.
Generally, you should always create sites in niches you are passionate about because otherwise you will eventually lose interest. I would say either webcam niches or adult dating niches. You can start a black cam tube site with the embedded videos, such sites do well on Google.
Keep in mind that you will not be able to rank such a whitelabel because of the duplicate content. You can send traffic to it from your other sites (tubes, blogs, whatever you have there).
