You need to sign up for their affiliate programs first and they will give you a unique code to use on your adult site. Personally, I do not use them, because they pay you very little for your traffic and you need to have lots of visitors to earn a good earning with them. It is more profitable to start a niche tube and promote cams on it than to work with them.

You should not have to waste your time with the white label if you do not have other sites you can use to supply your traffic from. It will not rank or maybe it will for some keywords if you are lucky and build some backlinks for it, but otherwise, it does not have any original content, since it is just a copy of the other site. Of course, organic traffic is the best because it from the users that are looking for specific terms. You will need to feed your site with good content, if you have an escort site then maybe think about adding some blog posts or a forum. You can also see what your competitors are doing and try to replicate what they do by adding your own unique stuff because just copying will not work for the SEO thing.
I do not know one and maybe there is something on some mainstream affiliate forums because I have not seen something like this on the popular adult boards for many years. I bet that you need to learn it yourself through the try and error method.
Can you tell me which slots are you talking about? In the Advertising tab you have all ad spaces and you need to remove the code if you want to leave them blank on your site and you also have ad spots for phones, you need to go to the Mobile tab and there you have the Advertising tab where you add your ads.
