I suggest to avoid spammy backlinks as hell. It is better to have a one good backlink from a quality site than to have 100 backlinks from spammy sites but that is my opinion.
If you just bought a backlink, you will need to wait a bit before you see any changes in your sites’ rankings.
First of all obtaining links for adult sites is not easy. There are so many porn sites out there, but only a small percent of them are sites that you should get backlinks from.
Unless your site is big like PornHub, no one is going to link to your site for free. It is a sad truth, but it is the way it is.

You should avoid obtaining any links from dubious forum users from GFY. If you want to buy any products or services, first make a research about the user if he is not a spammer, scammer, what not.
I have been buying links from different sources and I can say that 90% of the link sellers on forums like GFY are either scammers or they want to sell you backlinks on low quality adult sites which will do more harm than good.
There are still some trustworthy guys, but always make a research first and I think it is better to just find related sites on the Google and contact them if they want to sell a link.

It is hard to tell. If you have an amateur or cam traffic then it may generate some sales, but I do not really know. You should wait a bit and see for yourself if it brings you any profits.
I will start with the domain name. It is actually not the worst name for your niche, so you should keep it. The theme of your site could be better, but at least it loads quite fast. I would recommend to get the ZingTube theme as it is the SEO optimized tube theme if you have funds, but it is not really necessary.
You need to change the titles of your videos. If you embed a video from the other site, add a custom title, because if you just copy and paste content from the other site, your adult tube site will not get much traffic from the Google.
Your site obviously needs more content, so if you want to get some serious traffic from the search engine sites, then you will need at least a few hundreds of videos, preferably even more.
I would also suggest to purchase the KenPlayer plugin so you can embed videos from the PornHub and other big websites and you will control your ads. Your visitor will do not get any ads from the other porn tube sites.

You maybe are using the Tube Ace Importer plugin, I am not sure about that, but I see you have a one video added on your site and it is a video from the PornHub and unfortunately it will always redirect you to the tube site you are embedding your videos from unless you use the KenPlayer Plugin from XWPThemes on your WordPress site.
This plugin uses a custom video player, so you can embed videos from the PornHub and other porn tube sites and you will no longer get any ads or redirects from other sites.
It is a good question. First of all, never buy any backlinks from webmasters that own spammy sites, because it will do more harm than good. So always ask for the list of sites that you will get a backlink on.
I can tell you that backlinks on very quality sites are pretty much always expensive unless it is a quality site in a small niche.
I would suggest searching for sites in your niche and contact webmasters from the best ranking websites.
But remember that it is better to do not have any backlinks than to have backlinks from dodgy sites.
