You are selling (aka promoting) other’s products in an exchange for a commission. So you have a webcam blog where you post about models and you join an affiliate program, they give you a unique link and you use it and you will make money when you refer visitors that end up spending on their sites.
If you are an affiliate then you are selling other’s products, in this case, you are promoting cam sites and you do not need to get any models, do any billing, anything, you just get paid for referring visitors to them.
