If you are going to embed cams on your site, then just create a 2257 page and link it somewhere (preferably somewhere in the footer). Here is the good example of it: cams.nudelive.com/2257/
You can start off with the basic plan and you will upgrade once your site gets bigger. If it a good host that does not oversell their servers, then you might host a few tubes on it.

I think that your slow page load times are due to too many requests aka ads. You should reduce the number of them and you might host them on your servers and that will help you with this issue. I use this theme for many adult sites and I can assure you that it is not the cause of the problem.
You definitely have lots of work to be done. You do not change the titles, they are copied so there is very little or no uniqueness on it, so Google might not give you any good rankings. Also, it looks a general tube, you should focus on a one niche and it will be easier to get traffic and earn some money as there is less competition.

You might also list your asking price, it plays a big role in selling your license. Also, mention the ways you want to receive the payment and if the sale includes a domain, I see that you have one.
I am not sure about this, but I think that they are based in the USA. You would need to ask them about this.
I never had this happen to me while hosting with them and when there are some minor issues, they are fixing anything in a few hours at worst.
It is a weekend when you was reaching them so keep in mind that it will take significantly longer to get a reply, especially when you are contacting their sales team which is not as responsive. These are literally two best adult hosts on the web and you will not find anything better for your site and I even have two solid servers on M3Servers and they are really good so it is not a coincidence that many people recommend them.
