I can only tell you that it is a great tube theme that will let you to do some changes and it has different options but for more advanced changes you will need to change the code yourself or hire a coder. You can buy the license for one site and try it out yourself for a cheap price. There are so many free themes that you can choose from the WordPress directory. Just go to this page: https://wordpress.org/themes/ and then click on the Feature Filter and choose the Grid Layout or Two or Three Columns or more if you want and click to apply the filters and they will give you hundreds of different themes you can use from them. If you spend some time playing with it, you will surely find something you like.
Can I know which script you are using? If you want free backlinks then you can look for some forums on the web and also you can exchange them with related websites. You can find German porn sites by simply searching for them on the Google and the more visitors you get, the easier it will be to get them.
It will always take time before you get some good rankings on the Google so keep working on the SEO. You did a good job with making sure that your theme is fast and is clean and great for a surfer. One thing you need to work on is adding some text into your blog posts and some of the videos on your site are not working for some reason. From the SEO point of view, go find some related websites on the Google and contact webmasters for link exchanges or something, if you already have some good traffic it would be easy for you to score some.
The only alternative that I know is the KenPlayer plugin from the XWPThemes but they do not update and support it anymore. I can tell you that it is still working for the XVideos but I am not sure about other tube sites.
