You could possibly do that, but you might have to translate some text yourself, since I do not see that they have a feature for that but you should ask Nick what is the best way to go about it.
I can see a drop in earnings (around 20%) on the CB in last two months and it seems like it is mainly due to the models who are trying to persuade old members to create new accounts using their affiliate links, but I could be wrong, since there might be several other factors and as an affiliate, it is almost impossible to know that with a 100% certainty.

So your referred user from Germany will be redirected to another site than the user from Canada.
The best part about is that smart links work automatically so you just need to copy and paste it to your site and they are being optimized by the Crak’s team every day.

I just took a peep at my whitelabel on my mobile phone using the Chrome browser and as of now, there is still the CB’s logo. I also did the same thing on the Apple’s Safari, I think last week, I did not see it.

Generally, only a handful of adult affiliate programs use PayPal as a payment method and the only three that I know of and I can recommend are:
CrakRevenue, a very reputable and popular CPA network. So far they can pay via PayPal to their USA and Canada based webmasters but I have heard that they are working on adding other countries.
JuicyAds and PlugRush are two advertising networks that are well known and they allow their publishers to receive payments via PayPal as well.
The reality is that 99% of sponsors do not use PayPal to send commissions to their affiliates since they do not think it is worth the hassle to risk their business accounts getting shut down and they also have to make deals with a middle man aka another payment processing company and pay them a fee of 2% to even 5% for every transaction, so only the biggest guys can afford it.

You should write them naturally, not just put keywords in every sentence, if you do it that way, then you better do not have them at all because Google will notice that and will slap you with a keyword stuffing penalty. The description does not have to be long, mine are about twenty to thirty words long but they are always unique. You might visit MyLust.com for some samples. Long tail keywords are proven to be a good way to get organic traffic and you should definitely go after them first because they are more reachable by an average affiliate.
It does not really matter, because when you are starting from the ground zero, you will not have many visitors (if any). The number of posts depends if you add them manually or automatically, but if you change video titles and other stuff to maximize the search engine optimization, five to ten videos should be enough.
