You can get backlinks for free from many sources, but remember that you should always aim to get links from quality adult websites, not some spammy ones.
So I would try to search for forums in your niche and sign up for them, be the part of the community and then once you build up your post count, you might try to build some backlinks from there.
You can also contact webmasters that own websites similar to yours and ask them about the link exchange in the posts or on the sidebar.

I do not know where you read that it removes watermarks, but it does not and it is almost an impossible thing to do because you would have to manually edit and upload every video. It automatically removes all the pop ups and it also allows you to add your own logo to the player.
Go to KenPlayer Transformer settings and then insert the link of the logo in the URL of LOGO box and it should appear now.
A simple DMCA page that you can find on other porn websites with your own email address can help too.
If you are going to start an adult website, you do not need any DMCA agent, it is not required and if you will get any copyright notices, 99% of hosting providers will comply with these notices, no matter whethere they are based.
You can do everything yourself, if someone submits a false DMCA notice you can file a counter notice with ease.

Make sure to add the https link of your logo and you do not have to add any tag like [kenplayer][/kenplayer], you just can add the embed code that you can find under every video and copy and paste it anywhere you want your video to appear.
If you load videos using the Ken Importer Pro plugin, it will automatically grab the code from the XVideos and other sites and add it and the KenPlayer will automatically add its own player so you do not have to do all the work.
The videos could appear twice, because you have inserted the code in the description. You should just add it once.
