I can not tell you if they would or would not, but I bet that it will bug some and besides that, what for do you need it? It only takes up a space on your site and decreases the performance of it.
It is a paid product so you are not going to get it for free unless there is some sort of promotion and stay away from the nulled versions that will give you a virus.
Honestly, both ways can be very profitable if you are good at them, so it boils down to what you do better.
