You can insert your own ad codes in the WPS theme options and there have many different spots you can use.
You can use the ones that are on tubes and other popular porn sites but make sure to change if there are any links or contact information.
You will need to look for smaller tubes that let anyone to upload content. I am not sure about which ones are good these days but you will find some if you look for them on Google. Check out some at PornDude list sites and there are many that accept new submissions.

The issue with the KenPlayer is that it has not been updated for a long time and it stop working altogether soon. Sadly you can not do anything about it.

I have tried to contact them through different contact channels with no success and many other webmasters that have known (relatively speaking) him for years, did not get any reply from him as well. We do not know what happened yet and when it will be working again. Some of us have been using this script and we made some good money with it and received good support from Nick and let’s hope it will become operative again.
It has been like this for a few weeks right now and like I said in the other comment, we do not have any information and many webmasters have tried to contact Nick about this with no results at all. It would be a big shame if they abandoned this project as it is a very good script.
If you have made so much with HostedTube then I would suggest you to try to open your own self hosted websites and promote different programs and you surely will earn much more than what you do with them. You can learn about sponsors that I promote the most these days here:
