It depends on what kind of niche you are promoting on your adult site. Let me know it and I will try to name some sponsors that should have some free content for you to use.
To be honest there is no general rule to that. On some of my adult sites, I use the animated banners or on others the static ones and it just boils down to what works better for your audience and you can learn it through testing.
Here are some advantages of the still ads:
Low file size
They do not require any plugins for the users to view them
They are not as annoying as the animated ones
Static banners work on mobile devicesAnd some disadvantages:
They are not as eye catching
Static banners are not interactiveYou should download their banners, upload to your site and add your affiliate link to it. It will work for 100% all the time because you are hosting the ad on your own server. You can also leave your website URL in the comment form and only I will see it.
Did you try installing the CloudFlare for your adult sites? It does save bandwidth a lot of bandwidth very efficiently. In some cases, I have seen the bandwidth usage drop over 80% after implementing it but it depends on the kind of content I have. However, if you already use them, you might consider the VPS hosting account on the M3Server, they offer some good plans and I have got two servers there 🙂
I personally am not promoting any Asian related affiliate programs, but I have heard good things about the Tsunami Cash and Monger Cash. They have exclusive sites that convert well if you have the right traffic 🙂

Try copying your ad code and go to WP-Script settings then Theme Options then choose Advertising and here you can see your all areas where you can place it.
Is your adult cam site fully set up already? I mean, there are live feeds and users can view them, et cetera. If you want to get a good quality traffic for free, then you will have to work on the search engine optimization to get visitors from Google.
The first thing you can do is to add some unique text copy on your homepage, explaining what your site is about and inserting some keywords, but do this naturally. You have to give reasons for Google to rank you high and it is not enough to you just put the site online.

In my opinion the first option is better and if you plan to run a niche site, the length is not that important (of course if you are not overdoing it by placing too many keywords like asiangaypornvideos) and some of mine are around sixteen characters long as well 🙂
