Social media is not easy. Your followers probably have hundreds if not thousands of other pages in their feeds so many will not see your posts so that is why you might have a few clicks.

The other thing is that people do not like to click on the bare links, because they might consider it as another spam post, so it is better to post a picture and a link along with some text describing what they will see after the clickthrough like “Click to watch her video” or something like that is proven to get much higher engagement.

Also, do not post affiliate links on Twitter or Tumblr. They do not do allow it. I had accounts disabled that way. I post a comment, tags and a site URL.

I can not tell you how long does it take to get x amount of traffic, because with the every single account I have it is always different.

I have a few over 100 k Tumblr or Twitter pages with thousands of pictures and they bring about 500 visitors every day. It is nothing compared to how much traffic I get from search engines.

I treat social media as an additional traffic source and I recommend everyone to do the same, because especially if you are promoting adult stuff, they can delete you just like that or they can change their rules one day and they no longer allow adult content – I would not surprised to see that happen on Twitter or Tumblr.

You should focus on building your site/s, adding new content and working slowly on the SEO part because organic traffic is best you can, it is free and very targeted so it can bring way more sales than any other traffic source.

in reply to: Why to be in the porn niche? #4985

There are literally hundreds of porn niches, some are more profitable than other ones for various reasons. Cams and datings are the two most profitable niches, but you can still make good money with other ones.

Before choosing a niche, it is recommended that you check out your competitors, how much traffic they get, how do they make money (do they sell ads, promote premium paysites or do sponsor posts), how much followers they have on the social media (Twitter is the most popular one for sites, since they are the most adult friendly).

in reply to: How To Make The KenPlayer Plugin Work #4971

You can embed videos on your website without any plugin, but the KenPlayer already comes with the two players including the JWPlayer one. I visited your link but there are no videos or anything, so if you could make a screenshot of your problem, I could help you better.

Make sure to always use themes and plugins from the original source, do not download nulled versions of the KenPlayer, because they do not work properly and they are packed with viruses and other nasty stuff.

in reply to: Promoting Cam Sites With Facebook Ads? #4966

Promoting anything related to adult on Facebook is like playing with fire.

Their rules clearly state that they do not allow such content. Heck, they do not even allow posting pictures showing dressed women in sexually suggestive poses or cleavages these days.

So forget about running any adult ads, even if you cloak it, they will quickly find it out and backlist your domain and your account.

You can say that they become less and less adult friendly with each passing day.

A few years ago you would be able to run a non nude page on there, but now it is a big no no.

I have lost many pages of combined over a one million likes and I gave up on them, at least until they change their stance toward adult, but honestly, I do not see it happen any time soon.

If you are creative, you can drive some traffic, but it is a hit and miss, even if you manage to keep your page for months, they can slap a ban on you just like that.

There are some big porn brands that still have their own official pages on Facebook, but they do not post any pictures or anything that could break the rules since they follow them to the letter unlike an average affiliate, they do not even post their domain names there.

You might be able to run a page, if you do not post any adult links, pictures and you might add some non nude watermarked pictures with a domain name added.

That being said, Facebook is very challenging for adult affiliates but you can still drive some traffic from your page for some time before they eventually ban hammer you if you find a creative way around.

I can not really tell you how to do that, but you should be able to find other Facebook pages, groups, accounts that promote adult offers and model them.

I check out your site and there is not content on your website that you have left in your reply submission.

in reply to: Streamate affiliate program #4952

Yes, they do have their own affiliate program but they only offer check as a payment method and they have a few banners that look very outdated anyway, but…

I had more luck promoting Streamate’s white label LiveFreeFun through CrakRevenue. They offer you a 30% revshare at the start which is one of the highest ones in the adult industry.

I have been promoting their Streamate offer since 2014 and it has always been profitable for me.

Unlike other sponsors, Crak does not skim off the sales, as I have done many test joins over the years and they do not have any leaking ads that you as an affiliate are not credited for.

So if you want to make money promoting Streamate then by all means, click here to sign up with CrakRevenue and send traffic to their offer, you will not regret it.

Plus, they have dozens of different cam offers in one place.

With that amount of traffic, you should generate some really nice income 🙂

in reply to: Good theme for adult blog #4949

You have touched a very interesting topic that often gets misunderstood by many affiliates.

First of all, you can choose any WordPress and use it for your adult blog and you can embed videos, post any content you like as long as it is legal of course.

You better avoid these super fancy themes with hundreds of features, because they are slow as hell and if you use them, you will find it hard to rank your blog on Google.

You should look for clean and fast loading themes instead. Your visitors are more interested in the content than anything else so you do not need these features.

I will give you a few best rated themes that I like and I would recommend using them for your blog:

    Hueman

    Optimistic Blog Lite

    Iwata

    Author

    Twenty Fifteen

    Twenty Seventeen

If you can spend around fifty bucks then go get something from MyThemeShop. They have some really great products that are optimized for Google and they send regular updates and give you a great support.

Their best themes are Schema and SociallyViral. Both are lightning fast and very well coded so they can give you a big advantage in rankings. The Schema one scores a 100/100 on Pingdom and Google’s PageSpeed.

I am interested in what others have to say about this topic.

in reply to: Too many of tags #4938

You should not use more than three or four tags per a video or a post but that is my opinion because if you do that, you are going to have duplicate content issues. You have for example a tag named anal threesome and fuck asses, they mean the same thing and they are seen by Google as that.

I am glad you got it solved after all.

One day is a reasonable time to wait for a reply online if it is on the weekend, it will take longer.

in reply to: Cam Site Ads #4925

Adult camming is a huge market so there is lots of competition just like in any other big market. I do not buy much traffic these days so I can not tell you much about this really since I find building websites and getting organic traffic for free more rewarding and more stable and better for the long haul.

Of course, you can put all kinds of ads, from different sponsors, and as many as you want to on your own cam website provided it is really your own one, not some whitelabel that is hosted by the affiliate program.

I have written a step by step guide on how to build such a website fairly quickly and cheaply.
