You can just put your domain and even if you do not have one, you can add the one that you are planning to buy. They do not really check them, it is just a required field to join the forum and that is it.

Well, generally purchasing traffic as an affiliate is viable when you are promoting your white label but I have never done it for the tubes so I can not tell you much about that but in my opinion, this is not going to work out great. I have always used both of these ad companies but nowadays I do not do any media buying, my focus is on the SEO in 100%. Well, you can start small and safe and spend little and see how it goes for you.
If you want to upload content to the tubes with the watermarks promoting your site then it is not really that worthwhile any more. I would not recommend doing this, instead embed their existing videos and add some hand written titles. If you do the SEO the right way, you can get some good quality organic traffic and it converts way better than anything else, especially if you have chosen a niche.

If you are going run the tube then you can embed videos from the PH and other sources but I would recommend downloading content from them and uploading to yours, you might get the DMCA notices pretty quickly. The problem with the type of sites is that if you are going to give away lots of stuff (especially videos) for free then your users do not really have an incentive to buy anything and spend any money, thus you will not make money unless you have a lot of traffic. If you are going to start one, then at least choose yourself a niche so there is not that much competition and you can see some result faster.

I am not sure where you have read that you need an imprint, big businesses have it that offer services, et cetera, but as an affiliate, you do not have it included. Plus, most of the (respectable) domain registrars offer the free domain privacy (WhoisGuard protection) so so you actually keep your sensitive data away from the public.
