It is good to have the contact and other pages in the footer. You can see how it is done on the NudeLive.com and for the tubes, you can just search for your keywords and see what top competitors are doing.

You are obviously not entering the correct code for your advertising. You will need to enter your affiliate link that you want to use in the URL of Advertiser field and the link to your banner in the Path / Location of Banner Image field.
I have to say that I like your site looks aesthetically. Can you give us a hint of what theme you are using? I see that you keep adding new content daily and it is a good thing as well, just make sure that you do in the SEO way, so adding your own titles, et cetera. I would remove any pop ups, they can kill your rankings, it is better to have banners in good spots (right below or above the videos).
The thing that hostings use the unlimited word but it is only a marketing term and of course they all have some limits, even for their top level plans.
Did you consider upgrading with them? Also do you really have 10000 videos on your site? It is going a lot, even for a tube, keep in mind that it is better focus on the quality of your posts (adding original titles and some text if possible and choosing best rated scenes).
I would say that three sign ups for only 90 clicks sent is a very good result but obviously you will need more traffic to build up an income.
Sorry Ed but I was not viewing the forum for a longer time than usual so I have not seen your post until now.
You do have a unique looking site and I can see that you are doing some SEO work on it since you have a blog and you actually post some hand written content there but you just need more traffic, if you have just a one thousand of visitors per month, then it is not much at all for a porn site. Also the logo on your white label is way too wide and you need to improve it.
