I do not think that you really need it. The thing is that SEO is very easy to understand (but much harder to do for many reasons), it is just that some bloggers complicate it. It all boils down basically to adding new content, whether it be blog posts, videos, cam feeds and making sure that they are unique (titles and some descriptions) and then getting quality backlinks (you might get some for free if you do it smart from forums and you can always buy them).

If you need any custom changes then you just have to do them yourself if you can code or hire someone to do it. I think that Nick offers such services or at least he did in the past, you have to ask him, he knows his script best so it would make sense to work with him on that.
It is quite simple how to monetize sites. If you have an ebony tube, then you know what your audience is looking for and you just need to give them something related, so either promote paysites in that niche or cam sites, they can do well too.

What for are you going use it? If you are an affiliate then many paysites have GIF ads you can use to promote them including cam sponsors and you could hire a graphic designer to create one for you.
