It is a spam comment and I receive them as well on my adult sites. I can not tell if they are a scam, but I do not think that they have any experience in the porn scene and I would not trust a company that has to spam to get clients anyway.
You do not have to write perfect English to run a blog, so do not worry and you will improve it with the time aka pratice. Another thing is that even if it is a blog, the main focus is on pictures and videos that you add along with it.
It depends on the topic, but you do not need that many words at all. You can start with 50 upto 100 words per post and then see if they rank, but make sure to write an unique content so do not rush it.

No, I have not done this. As I said, I only focus on cams now but if your site is related to sex games or if you think that it could do well with your traffic, then test it and see how it goes 🙂
Mrlolo, some of my sites lost position for some keywords on the Google result pages but I hope that this update has not finished yet so let’s wait a bit more.
It does not look bad for the very newish site. But definitely you need to install the Really Simple SSL plugin because your HTTP is not redirecting to HTTPS version and you need to do this somehow because Google can flag it as a duplicate content.
You need to expand your site description that is just above the footer. You just pasted what you have in the tagline, you better remove it or write like 100 words describing what your site is about and then it will make sense in terms of the SEO.
